You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been handed over to the carrier. Production time is 6 weeks. Contact us as soon as possible: [email protected].

What are your production and delivery times?
Each product is made to order:

- Shipping time: Via GLS or Heppner. You'll receive a tracking number by email once shipped.

How can I track my order?
With an account: log in to "My Account" > "My Orders". Without an account: you will receive a tracking link by email when your order is shipped.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us quickly with your order number at [email protected].
What happens if I'm not available at delivery?
The carrier will leave a notice, allowing you to reschedule delivery or collect the package at a pickup point.
Returns & Claims
I received a damaged or incomplete product, what should I do?
Always check the package condition with the delivery driver. If damaged:
- Take photos of the package and product.
- Email us at [email protected].
- We will respond within 48 business hours and arrange replacement or repair at no cost.
Can I return a design fire extinguisher cabinet if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are covered by us. Please reuse the original packaging or provide appropriate protection. Contact us to arrange the return.
Can I return a product after 14 days?
After 14 days, returns are accepted only if the product is faulty. Contact us with photos for assistance.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund is issued within a few days, depending on your bank.

Is it legal to hide or cover a fire extinguisher?
Yes. Our products comply with European regulations. Fire extinguishers remain visible and accessible thanks to integrated signage. Each design is compliant and enhances your interior.
Are fixings included with wall-mounted fire exinguisher cabinets or covers?
No. As wall types vary, we do not provide fixings. Please use appropriate fixings for your wall type.
