If a piece of the cabinet or the stand is broken, please provide an image by Email and we'll order the part right away. In the case of a small item, a replacement's sent out by post direct to you within 2 weeks. If the issue's with something larger like a door, it'll take a bit longer, but we'll deliver it to you for free.
If the damage is more severe, we will send you a new product.
In any case, please check the condition of the package with the delivery person at the time of delivery.
